NEXT is a creative and innovative sales and marketing organization that designs, develops, markets, and distributes licensed and branded promotional products and imprinted sportswear primarily through major college and university, motor sports and other major promotional key licensing agreements and the Company's own proprietary designs. NEXT is one of the dominant companies in the highly fragmented licensed promotional products and imprinted sportswear industries.

    NXTI's senior executive management team, lead by Mr. Robert Budd, CEO, have collectively built, run and sold numerous other successful ventures (prior to NEXT) in other industries as well as the licensed imprinted and promotional products industry. Senior management is committed to long-term shareholder value with sizeable insider holdings in the company's shares.
  • High Growth Industry:
    NXTI's focus is the sportswear and promotional products industry, which generates approximately $18 billion in revenue on an annual basis. It is a rapidly growing industry that has more than tripled in size over the last ten years. According to the 26th annual licensing industry survey published in The Licensing Letter, a publication of EPM Communications in New York, sales of the sports licensing sector increased by 8% during the year ended December 31, 2002 to $11.3 billion. The Company has developed a solid base of college sports licensing and motor sports licensing business to achieve its expansion plans.
  • Strong Growth Strategy:
    NXTI's growth success is on target to achieve strong double-digit year-to-year revenue.
  • Customer Base:
    NXTI has a large, diverse, and distinguished customer base. Next has significantly expanded and increased its customer base in the national and major regional retailers, specialty retail and corporate accounts.
  • Strategic Acquisitions:
    NXTI completed two strategic acquisitions within the last year, broadening the Company's customer and distribution bases. The Company plans on additional strategic acquisitions that will result in significant enhancement of its customer, revenue and distribution base.
  • E-Commerce:
    NXTI has expanded its distribution to include e-commerce through which a significant amount of the Company's most popular licensed products is marketed. The most significant are www.americanbiker.net, www.rpmsportsusa.com and www.campustraditionsusa.com. The Company plans additional e-commerce web sites as other product lines (i.e. www.americanwildlifeusa.com promoting the American Wildlife USA T product line) are established.
